Chip conveyor outside machine (rear discharge, drum filter type) (STD)
Automates chip removal and filters coolant for increased productivity. Universal scraper-type conveyor discharges chips into a container (order separately) at the rear of the machine for easy disposal. Rotating drum filter filters coolant before return to coolant tank. Internal spray nozzles clean the drum filter, allowing continuous operation. Overload / jam protection circuitry stops conveyor when a jam is detected. Reverse button allows operator to reverse conveyor drive direction temporarily to dislodge the jam.

Through-spindle coolant system (separate type) Interface (center through, 7.0 MPa)
Through spindle coolant system interface for installing 7.0 MPa (1015 psi) freestanding high pressure coolant system manufactured. Supplies coolant directly to the tool tip through porting in the spindle and tool, via tool retention knob. Effective for flushing chips, cooling the machining point, and prolonging tool life. When coolant flow stops, the vacuum drawback system minimizes coolant dripping from tool. High-pressure coolant systems can generate significant heat. It is highly recommended to select a coolant cooling unit when a high-pressure coolant system is used. The cooling unit controls coolant temperature, thereby preventing temperature increase in the workpiece, tools, and table, and ensuring stable machining accuracy.

In-Machine Measuring System (Spindle) Optical Signal Transmission Type Touch Sensor (Renishaw, OMP60) + Workpiece Setter Function
Spindle-mounted touch sensor measures locations on fixture and workpiece.
Measurement values sent to NC by wireless infrared signal. Also included is the workpiece setting function to measure the machining reference point and center point and modify workpiece coordinate manually, effective when workpiece not suitable for automatic measurement, such as when the workpiece is mounted out of the X-axis or Y-axis. The touch sensor is housed in the tool magazine and mounted into the spindle by automatic tool change.
In-Machine Measuring System (Table) Touch Sensor (Metrol) + Tool Setter Function (Tool Length Only)
Table side touch sensor for measuring tool length and detecting tool breakage. In addition, by setting the difference between the programmed tool length and the actual value, tool length is automatically offset. During machining, the touch sensor retracts into a protective housing shielded from chips and coolant. During measurement, chips or coolant on the touch surface or tool tip are removed by air blow.

Dry anchor
Anchors are fitted to prevent the machine from moving due to small earthquakes and vibrations during operation. Fork-cut anchors must be driven in before installation.
Water-Glycol Chiller (Chilling Unit) (Spindle Cooling)
Spindle temperature control by water-glycol cooling jacket effectively removes spindle motor and bearing heat. Temperature synchronized with machine body temperature for stable spindle accuracy under varying room temperatures and machining conditions. In addition, if Full 4th Axis Table is specified a cooling circuit is provided to the table to maintain stable temperatures for machining accuracy. Custom macro common variables 600 in total (#100-#199, #500-#999)
These specifications add common variables. The numbers for the common variables can be set as follows.
#100~199: When the power is turned off, the variables are initialized and their values are set at null.
#500~999: When the power is turned off, they retain data.
Depending on the parameters, common variables can be set at null either by resetting or by turning the power off.
Coordinate System Rotation
Use to rotate the shape specified by an NC program. Can simplify and shorten program creation time and length.
Example 1: Workpiece is mounted rotated from the program coordinate system. Apply offset using coordinate system rotation command.
Example 2: Create shape program in its simplest coordinate system, then rotate for actual machining.
