CITIZEN Servo Driven Part Ejection System - New 2022 - Like New. Servo-driven part ejector (or unloader) on a Citizen Cincom Swiss lathe uses an independent servo motor to push or knock out finished parts from the back (sub) spindle. It dramatically reduces cycle times by clearing the sub-spindle independently of the main machine turret and feeds delicate parts into external vacuum-extraction funnels and sorting carousels.
Key Features and Functions:
Precision Control - By utilizing a dedicated servo motor, the part ejection is fully programmable directly at the Cincom control pendant. You can adjust the exact speed, stroke, and force of the knock-out based on the dimensions of your specific part.
Vacuum Extraction - Many systems eject the finished part into a vacuum extractor. This gently guides delicate parts (like medical bone screws) through a cyclone-like tube so they do not hit the bottom of the collection bin heavily and sustain damage.
Rotary Carousels - The part is deposited into an external multi-bin rotary carousel or collection tray. This allows you to segregate parts for first-article inspection or sample testing without interrupting a continuous production run.
