The LNS Quick Load Servo 65 is a fully electric, servo-driven short/spindle-length automatic bar feeder designed for fixed headstock lathes.
Key Specifications
• Bar Diameter Capacity: 6 mm to 65 mm (approx. 1/4" to 2-5/8")
• Bar Length Capacity:
• 1.3M version: 150 mm to 1,300 mm (14" to 51" depending on configuration/spindle limit)
• 1.6M version: 150 mm to 1,600 mm (limited to spindle length)
• Loading System: Lateral magazine table
• Loading Capacity: 620 mm deep storage tray (holds up to 9 bars at ø65 mm or ~62–63 bars at ø10 mm)
• Headstock Type: Fixed headstock
• Retraction System: X or Z-axis retraction of 585 mm (23 inches) for easy spindle and chuck access
• Drive System: Fully electric servo motor with notched belt (power supply only, no hydraulics required)
